For example one persistent citizen's remarkable diary about how Homeland Security has prevented the Red Cross from entering the city from the beginning. And that this is confirmed by the Red Cross on their web site. (Wonder why people don't have access to food and water?)
The New Orleans Times Picayune is publishing again. Here is the link to their 2002 Pulitzer Prize winning series on how the city was in danger of being washed away by a major hurricane.
